Express shipping available at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Sunshine Coast studio with tracking provided.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Complimentary shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over $250.

All other international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard with tracking, at a flat rate of $35 AUD. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

• International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
• If duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned to our studio, the original shipping costs and return costs will be deducted, and a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
• We recommend checking your local import duties and tax regulations before placing your order.

Please note: If your parcel is delivered with a signature release, we cannot refund or replace it once the courier has marked it as delivered.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order piece is ready.

If you would like in-stock items sent earlier, please place a separate order. Pre-order items will ship once they arrive from our makers.

Many of our pieces are thoughtfully packed in upcycled sari bags, some sewn by the women of Sewing the Seeds. Each unique bag includes an impact card that connects you to the woman who crafted it.

Our thank you cards are embedded with seeds from Australian farms - instead of being discarded, they can be planted, a small gift that grows long after your parcel arrives.

Items marked down as part of a sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Welcome Offers & Promotional Codes

Items purchased using a welcome offer or approved promotional code remain eligible for return under our standard returns policy.

Refunds will be processed for the amount paid after the discount has been applied.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout – they cannot be added after your order is placed.

Jewellery & Hair Accessories

Due to the nature of jewellery and hair accessories, these pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.

We kindly ask that pieces are returned:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• In their original condition, free from marks, scents, pet hair or signs of wear
• Fully intact, with no alterations or damage

To help protect your garments in transit, we ask that it is placed back inside the sari bag provided before being packaged for return. Returns sent without this will not be accepted.

Please take care when trying on garments - returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender at the customer’s cost. With Élan reserves the right to determine whether items meet these requirements.

• Store credits never expire.
• Exchanges must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once received, we will send your new size out at no additional cost.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Order Cancellations: If your order has not shipped, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted, as materials are allocated and production begins immediately.
